  Weakened bones

Definition:
Decalcification of the bones which literally means 'porous bone'. A condition in which bones weaken and soften and put the patient at high risk of fractures. Women after menopause have higher frequencies of osteoporosis, in fact 2/3's of the female population have osteoporosis after the age of 80.

Men also experience the disease but at a later age.

Natural prevention: osteoporosis can be helped by resistance exercise, calcium supplementation, vitamin D, and sessions on vibration machines.
