Jim Karas has gone from high school gym class flunkout to one of the nation's top weight loss experts and author of the#1 New York Times bestseller, The Business Plan for the Body. His second book, Flip The Switch: Discover the Weight Loss Solution and the Secret to Getting Started, was published by Harmony Books in January 2003. He is also a contributing editor forGood Housekeeping magazine. The founder of Jim Karas Personal Training, LLC., Jim currently works with ABC's Diane Sawyer, among other celebrity and CEO clients, using the concepts of a classic business plan to help individuals lose weight.
